Opened as an inn in 1821, this is a traditional pub near the distinctive Tylers Green Church. The single bar is U-shaped with the larger left-hand side with dining tables and the right hand side with a darts board. There are five regular ales and one guest. Food is available from 12 to 2 and from 6 to 10 all week with pensioners' specials from Monday to Wednesday. There are two real ciders from Westons. Large collection of horse brasses. Locally valued therefore listed as an asset of community value.
