The pub reopened in December 2024 having been bought by Ashendon Community Pub Society Limited (a Community Benefit Society) in September 2024 with many residents of Ashendon, the surrounding area and further afield owning shares. It is set at the end of a quiet lane and has a pleasant garden with extensive views of Aylesbury Vale.
