A timber framed building with brick noggin and thatched roof. The older part is medieval and the fewer wing was added in the 17th century. A restaurant offers a varied menu which is focused on local ingredients. The bar on the other side has comfy seating and a log fire. Four real ales are offered; London Pride, Boltmaker and a beer from Rebellion are regulars, and additionally a changing beer from another local brewery. Locally valued therefore listed as an Asset of Community Value.
